SERVICE OVERVIEW

Forged Pressure Wash & Seal provides:

Pressure washing and soft washing
Paver sealing and repair
Pergola installation and repair
Fence installation and repair

Services are available to both residential and commercial customers in Florida.

SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Program Name: Forged Pressure Wash & Seal Alerts We send messages that include:

Appointment confirmations and rescheduling updates
Service notifications
Promotions or loyalty offers
Customer satisfaction surveys

OPT-IN REQUIREMENT

By submitting your phone number via any of the following:

Website forms
Email communication
Over the phone
In-person consultation

Frequency depends on your service status and interaction level.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms vary by project and may require deposits or staged payments. Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service delay or cancellation.

LIABILITY & WARRANTY

We strive to deliver high-quality results, but we cannot be held liable for:

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
Delays due to weather or access restrictions
Third-party service interruptions

Our team will review expectations and precautions with you prior to service.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.

AGE ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available to clients 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE
